Her day moved out of the house. Her skincare didn’t.

Skincare for the hours you spend out of home.

Why we exist

Her morning routine is ten minutes. Her night routine, ten more. The eleven hours in between — the metro , the auto , the AC , the four o’clock review — get nothing. We’re building for those hours.

eleven hours. zero skincare. Follow her day

Kavya, 29 · Bengaluru · 11 hours out

A working day, from her side of it.

  1. Home

SPF on, out the door. The last skincare she’ll touch today.

Pale early-morning light on a white wall
  2. Metro

Platform sun on her cheek. Her SPF starts to break down.

A hard streak of morning sun through a train window
  3. Desk, AC

Hours of cold, dry air. Hydration fades, quietly.

Cool blue light through frosted glass
  4. Café lunch

Out into the noon heat. Back into the cold.

Water beads on a cold glass in bright noon heat
  5. Outside the design review

Her finish has dulled. No mirror, no washroom, ten seconds before she walks in.

Amber afternoon light falling through blinds
  6. Drinks

Still out. Still expected to look like she just arrived.

Blue-hour city lights blurred through glass
  7. Her skincare stayed home

We’re making the thing that goes with her.

Her bag, 4 pm

The basics

The basics of skincare work best when reapplied through the day.

SPFbreaks down in sun, sweat and touch
Hydrationfades in AC and heat
Finishdulls by 4pm
keep your morning & night routines; we take everything in between An illustration of a day out, not lab data.

The shelf

Every sunscreen says “reapply every two hours.” Yet, they stay on the shelf.

a design failure, not a discipline one

The engine

A habit repeated all day can’t run on guilt.

See it

A finish that shows the second it lands.

Feel it

A texture she likes the feel of.

Flaunt it

An object she likes to show off.

want, not should.

The rules

So every Theoly product must pass four tests before it exists.

Test 01 / 04

Fits a bag easily

If it doesn’t live in her bag, it doesn’t get used. Small, sealed, nothing to leak.

Test 02 / 04

No fingers, no mirror

Used in a lift, an auto, a corridor. Clean hands, eyes on the day.

Test 03 / 04

Goes over makeup

The kajal and the tint stay put. It works on top, not instead.

Test 04 / 04

Visible finish in 10 seconds

If she can’t see it work, she won’t reach for it again at 4pm.

fail one, and we don’t make it

Her ten seconds

Outside the review, she gets ten seconds. Try it.

Press and hold. That’s the whole window between the lift and the room.

Two passes. No mirror. Done.

The innovation · under wraps

Her 4pm kit is almost ready.

One object for the bag. Two passes, no mirror, ten seconds. We can’t show it yet, and the people on the list will see it first.

move the light. still not telling.

Who we build for

She lives out of her bag.

Out of home four hours or more. Metro, local, auto or cab. Light makeup at most. Looks good by choice, never because her job demands it.
